8 large ears sweet corn | |
8 strips bacon | |
2tbsp chili powder | |
1/4 tsp salt |
Directions

Wrap one bacon strip around each ear of corn and place on sheet of heavy-duty foil. Sprinkle with chili powder and salt. Wrap cob securely, twisting ends of foil into handles for turning.

Grill corn under a cover over medium heat for about 20–25 minutes or until corn is tender and bacon is cooked, turning once. Remove from grill and allow to rest before removing foil and serving.
