Pismo Beach Adds First Rooftop Restaurant and Bar
Summer is in full swing in Pismo Beach. Kicking off July, Inn at the Pier opened the doors to its new rooftop restaurant and bar. Cypress Beach House, situated atop the hotel, is the first and only one in Pismo Beach, according to the hotel.
Cypress Beach House offers guests an elevated blend of contemporary California cuisine and coastal Italian fare, all within a relaxed yet sophisticated setting that transports guests to the Italian Riviera, the hotel stated. “With its prime downtown location, sweeping views of the Pismo Beach pier and coastline, and vibrant atmosphere, Cypress Beach House is poised to become a destination of choice for locals and visitors alike.”
The restaurant offers brunch, signature cocktails, and a “Cal-italian” cuisine menu, including an array of fresh seafood dishes, handcrafted pastas, light antipasto, and more.
