    It’s taken dozens of hands, countless hours, and It’s taken dozens of hands, countless hours, and more rounds of editing, illustrating, photographing, and proofing than we care to remember to bring this Etto Pasta Cookbook to life. Recipes were added, cut, reworked. Pages were styled, shot, redrawn, revised. Mockups were printed—then reprinted—then re-reprinted (yes, really) until every detail felt just right. We even held the final print run to tweak the shade of the cover embossing. That’s how much love went into this. 💕 Thank you @ettopastificio for allowing Edible to publish this special book, to help share your stories and bring these recipes into home kitchens, and for caring so much about every detail along with us. It’s almost here. The cookbooks are printed, shrink-wrapped, and officially en route.
