The holiday season calls for cozy cocktails! These specialty drinks use hand-crafted spirits from KROBAR Craft Distillery, which opened in Paso Robles in 2012. Owner Stephen Kroener, the son of Alabama bootleggers who founded Silver Horse Winery in North County, moved the KROBAR distillery in 2022 to a larger space in San Luis Obispo, where he produces award-winning gin, vodka, rum, bourbon, rye and malt whiskeys from three production stalls. KROBAR distillery offers craft cocktails made with an eye for detail and taste for exceptional flavor.
